Do guests need to download anything?
No. Guests use the channels they already know. WhatsApp is the primary experience, while website chat and SMS can support specific moments.
How do guests meet Lia?
Usually through a private WhatsApp link or QR code in the invitation or wedding website. Guests choose when to begin. If Lia will send later reminders, they opt in first and can stop messages whenever they like.
What happens to guest data?
Lia collects only the agreed wedding details. Identifiable guest records are deleted 30 days after the wedding and expire from rolling backups within 90 days. Event conversations are never reused for marketing or model training.
Can Lia handle families and plus-ones?
Yes. Lia understands households, asks about each invited person and collects plus-one details only when allowed.
What if Lia doesn’t know an answer?
She never invents one. Lia acknowledges the question and brings it to the couple or planner for a human answer.
Can a planner offer Lia as part of a package?
Yes. Lia can sit inside a full-planning package, become a guest-concierge add-on, or support destination weddings with a dedicated multilingual service.
